Top Shooter Games on Android in Australia Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the Android shooter game market in Australia showcased varied performance across the top five games, as analyzed by Sensor Tower.

Destiny: Rising from Exptional Global had a significant decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 37K and dropping to just under 500 by the end of September. The revenue followed a similar downward trend, peaking at approximately $44.5K before falling to about $11.7K. Active users also decreased from 27.8K to just over 1K.

Sniper 3D：Gun Shooting Games by Wildlife Studios maintained a consistent presence. Weekly downloads rose steadily, reaching over 3.3K, while revenue increased modestly from $2K to around $2.7K. Active users grew from 2.8K to just over 7.2K by the end of the quarter.

War Drone: 3D Shooting Games from Mobile Gaming Studios Ltd. saw a sharp decline in both downloads and revenue. Downloads fell from 4.7K to about 760, while revenue decreased from $2.6K to approximately $1.4K. Active users also dropped from nearly 7K to 2.2K.

FPS Strike Ops : Modern Arena showed stable performance with slight fluctuations. Downloads hovered around 1K, and revenue remained low, peaking at around $169. Active users remained relatively stable, ending the quarter around 18.2K.

Call of Duty®: Mobile by Activision Publishing, Inc. experienced a decline in downloads, starting at 1.3K and ending at 1.2K. Revenue fluctuated but ended on a positive note at approximately $42.3K. Active users decreased from 15K to 8.7K by the end of September.
